How does your T-shirt fundraiser work?

Your fundraiser is hosted on PeachPopDesigns.com (http://PeachPopDesigns.com)with your custom design, campaign details, and a direct link supporters use to purchase.
Your flyer, QR code, and marketing materials are all found right inside your Organizer Dashboard, making it easy to promote your campaign across social media, email blasts, and group chats.
Supporters place orders directly on your fundraiser page. Every sale updates your Shirts Sold, Profits Earned, and Days Left in real time.

You can run a 14, 30, or 60-day fundraiser depending on your goals.
When the campaign ends, a 14-day grace period begins so all orders can finish printing, shipping, and clearing. After that window, your payout is issued based on your final shirt total.
Your dashboard keeps everything simple, organized, and easy to manage from start to finish.

Can I edit my design or switch products once we launch?

Accepted Answer

Once your fundraiser is live, design and product choices are locked in.

This prevents ordering mistakes and ensures all supporters receive the correct item.
If you’d like to run a new design or offer additional products in the future, we can always start a new campaign after this one closes.

Question 3

How do I change the password for my account?

Accepted Answer

To change your password:
1. Go to PeachPopDesigns.com(http://PeachPopDesigns.com)
2. Click Log In
3. Select Forgot Password
4. Enter your email
5. Follow the link sent to your inbox to reset your password
This will update the password you use to access the Organizer Dashboard.

Question 4

Will I receive email updates, or should I rely on the Organizer Dashboard?

Accepted Answer

You’ll receive an email confirmation when your fundraiser launches, but most updates happen right here inside the Organizer Dashboard.
Your dashboard is your most accurate view of:
 • Shirts sold
 • Profits earned
 • Days remaining
 • Marketing materials
 • Payout information
If something urgent comes up (ex: design note, order issue, payout info request), you may receive an additional email  but your dashboard is the main place for day-to-day updates.
